“Breathe” by Call Me Again

“Breathe” a controversial single the creates a true sense of meaninglessness & nihilism.

We’re taking a few steps back today and heading to a darker more somber state of mind. Call Me Again has just dropped his most recent single “Breathe.”  This particular track is a total one-eighty from his previous single, “Sunset Boulevard.” Long gone are the cheery, youthful, and nostalgic sounds; they have now been replaced by a lonely almost eerie musical composition that is delivered in the most poetic of ways. As the track progress, listeners will likely find themselves haunted by the “Breathes” carefully crafted lyrics that are effortlessly supported by the songs introverted and reflective atmosphere. “Breathe” is without question a song that asks the listener to look within themselves, embrace their demons and find a way to live with them. Finally, as the track progress toward its end, it becomes apparent its most memorable component is the whispery vocals that methodically claw at the mind.
